A Mini Trainer Is A Great Alternative
To A Full Sized Exercise Bike

A mini trainer can be used just about any time or any place. You can be watching TV or working on your computer and still be getting some great exercise. You can use it any time you are siting down and your feet are free.

The MagnaTrainer-ER (shown below) is not some “as seen on TV” toy but a serious training machine. It has the widest resistance range of any comparable trainer, which can be easily and smoothly adjusted by simply turning a knob. And, since it is magnetic, it is extremely quiet. The digital fitness meter displays speed, time, distance, and calories.

There is an optional computer interface accessory that comes with software that logs your exercise progress. You simply install the software and plug the machine into a USB port.

If you don’t have room for a full sized exercise bike this could be perfect for you. And, it’s portable and small enough to store in a closet.

Many boomers and seniors have downsized their housing and storage can be a problem. The mini trainer takes up a fraction of the space of a full sized trainer/bike combination or an exercise bike but will still help you stay in shape during foul weather or the "off season".
