Boomer Health News To Help You Be Your Very Best

The New England Journal reports significant improvement of symptoms in patients through cycling.

This was first discovered when a 58 year old man who could barely walk insisted that he could ride a bike with no problems. When tested he proved that this was so. This started the Cleveland clinic conducting research into the effects of cycling on Parkinson's disease and there findings have been very positive although they are still not really sure why this is so.
